this crash happened during install of Fedora 15 on a Sandy Bridge system that had a preexisting install of Fedora 14 on a Samsung 470 SSD.
I don't really see what causes you to hit this and not everyone else who does an upgrade. My first inclination here was to just return early from Storage.doIt if upgrading, and I think that would work fine, but I still don't see why others who upgrade aren't hitting this exact same problem.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'.
