Description of problem: "yum grouplist" output does not have KDE, although "yum groupinstall KDE" is still working. The related groups in the output are "KDE Software Compilation" and "KDE Software Development". Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): yum-3.2.29-4 How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. execute "yum grouplist" in terminal 2. 3. Actual results: List groups without KDE Expected results: Output should contains KDE Additional info:

Although I have been a Linux user for more than ten years, I can not get what "KDE Software Compilation" means. This name just makes no sense for average users.
Yeh, here's the description: Description: The KDE SC includes the KDE Plasma Desktop, a highly-configurable graphical user interface which includes a panel, desktop, system icons and desktop widgets, and many powerful KDE applications. ...and the group-id is "kde-desktop". If you want them to change the name, open a bug against "comps" or maybe against kde.
