Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as exception or blocker. Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Why is this is ras-utils bug? P.
eclipse-systemtapgui is distributed by the eclipse team, not as a part of systemtap.
eclipse-systemtapgui isn't in RHEL 6.

We cannot include eclipse-systemtapgui in RHEL at this time. Typically, decisions to include packages are based on sufficient business justification, relevance to the wider RHEL user base and Red Hat priorities.

Hello RH, Can you please let us know whether you plan to include this package in 6.1.Z or 6.2 ? Your decision is essentially vital for Systemtap GUI to work on RHEL6*. Regards-- Subrata
