Description of problem: While updating my system I left out all lib* packages by mistake. :) Many of them were added back automatically of course, but not libdrm. This caused the same bug as http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=612766 which leaves X unusable. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.14.0-5.fc15 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install a Fedora 14 system. 2. Update enough packages from Rawhide so that you can install F15 xorg-x11-drv-intel and xorg-x11-drv-evdev (you'll need little more than glibc and xorg-x11-xserver-Xorg). Ensure you keep the F14 libdrm. 3. Restart X. Actual results: Black screen. Expected results: Everything works. Additional info: This is not captured by the automatic soname dependencies done by rpm because no new APIs were introduced in libdrm for the bugfix.
