Description of problem:

We need a release note covering the max_fsm_pages configuration parameter and how to set it appropriately for cumin in medium scale and larger deployments.

If this parameter is not tuned appropriately, cumin performance will degrade in deployments with frequent and numerous job submissions to MRG grid (> 100 jobs per second).
