Description of problem:
Can't remove the Technologies tag from Tag ID 11. Also, after modifying a tag the system does not return the user to the originating query.

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as administrator
2. Go to Tag List
3. Search for Messaging
4. Choose tag ID 11 - Messaging that has been tagged into Technologies
5. Click on Tags
6. Deselect Technologies
7. Click Update
8. Observe that it does not take you back to the query you came from, but to the Tag list screen
9. Repeat seach for Messaging
10. Observe that Messaging is still tagged with Technologies.
  
Actual results:
Messaging still tagged with Technologies

Expected results:
Messaging not tagged with Technologies, and return to originating query after hitting Update button.
