Description of problem:
I love the new menu when you click the topic ID. However, I occasionally miss the ability to open one of the views in a new tab. 

I think you could solve this by making the items in the menu actual links. Then I could middle-click one of them to open it in a new tab. As it is now, they are only text items, and not URLs.

Added "New Window" options for performing actions in new window.
