Description of problem:
The AviaryScheduler feature needs a scheduler on a node in order to operate, however the remote configuration feature will not require a scheduler be present on a node for a configuration to be considered valid and able to be activated.  Ensure that the node that will have an AviaryScheduler applied to also has a Scheduler (either HAScheduler or Scheduler) feature for expected operation.
