Description of problem:
system-config-damons shows privoxy service as "dead" after a resume from standby.
Though, pgrep shows me a running process and there's /var/run/privoxy.pid

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
privoxy-3.0.16-3.fc14.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start privoxy as a daemon
2. standby
3. resume
  
Actual results:
no connection from browser to privoxy possible

Expected results:
working connections
