Description of problem: VDSM - SpmStart command fails for the first time when switching SPM Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): VDSM Version: vdsm-4.9-63.el6.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2 Hosts [RHEL6.1] in the same cluster, 1 is SPM 2. Attempt to maintenance the SPM Host.
