Description of problem:
As discussed with "prad" in the IRC #pulp channel, it would be nice to allow the server to list listing pending yum updates from specific clients (or group of clients) on RH and CentOS machines.

We have an API and CLI that lets you see the install/update/uninstall schedules for consumers. Please re-open if you believe there is additional work to be done here.
