Description of problem: EPEL's current version, 1.3.7, contains some nasty denial of service bugs. These seem to be resolved in the latest version 1.3.12. The SRPM seems to build fine from their site and I don't see any major changes other than bugfixes. Likely the current .spec file will build fine with minor tweaks to version numbers. I have built it on my el5 with no issues. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.3.12 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
