To reproduce:

0. Log in as admin
1. Go to Topic Search
2. Select Not IA_REJECTED, TASK_OVERVIEW, CONCEPT_OVERVIEW, APPLICATION_SERVER, GETTING_STARTED
3. Click Search 
4. Observe Result Set (at time of logging bug 1 Concept Overview)
5. Click "Add Task"

Result: Error

Something bad happened :-(
