Description of problem:
Epiphany bugs are auto-assigned to "Gecko maintainer" (gecko-bugs-nobody). However, since several versions Epiphany has been Webkit based. Assignment of Epiphany bugs should probably reflect that.

please file this bug against the product, or discuss it with the product managers, once agreed on who should be the default assignee then the product manager can file a request to bugzilla-requests to change the component assignee/owner.
