Yum reinstall speaks frenglish

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum reinstall somepackage
  
Actual results:
---> Package swig.x86_64 0:2.0.3-1.fc15 will be réinstallé

Expected results:
---> Le Package swig.x86_64 0:2.0.3-1.fc15 sera réinstallé

This is a known and really old problem.
There were many reports.

Yum maintainers *should* do something.
