Description of problem:
I've installed libgcrypt-devel, but no *.pc is provided, then I can't develop software using this library.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install libgcrypt-devel package
2. try to use pkg-config libcrypt

Additional info:

If rpm -q -l libcrypt-devel is used no pc file is installed in the system.

There is libgcrypt-config that gives you the relevant compile and link flags.
