Description of problem:

I do not feel comfortable when test cases are sorted in alphabetical order not creation date order. 
I need to re-order test cases again in order for the new test case to come in the last.

we can understand your point. You want the test cases sorted by ID descending.

Currently the cases are sorted by sort key first, then the IDs ascending. As most of the users are familiar with current sorting, we suggest you to click "ID" to sort or use the right-up "re-order" key to save the sort key. So that you can have your prefer order, and won't impact on others.
