With either DVI port on the card 
cat /sys/class/drm/card0-DVI-I-*/modes
doesn't list 2560x1600

monitor-parse-edid shows 2560x1600 as the preferred modeline so the edid seems correct.

Both DVI ports are single link so they can't drive the monitor at rates faster than 165 Mhz.
