I've checked shared-mime-info - virtual/bluedevil-* mime types are included but checking desktop-file-validate - it does not reflect it but uses only hardcoded values in source files.

It doesn't look like this is fixed in current Fedora releases, so no.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'.
