Description mliu 2011-05-09 09:22:35 UTC
Description of problem:
I can create connection when Hypervisor is not assigned any value

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-manager-0.8.6-4.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open virt manager
2. click File -> Add Connection
3. Don't select any value for Hypervisor, and click Connect

Actual results:
The connection can be created although it cannot be connected.

Expected results:
There should be a message to remind customer "the Hypervisor is required". Or give a default value to Hypervisor.

Additional info:

Comment 1 Cole Robinson 2011-07-19 00:24:28 UTC
Fixed upstream by always having a default HV selection:
