Description of problem:
for KDE and GNOME when trying to install windows and linux partitions policykit not validate the password of root, it must not mount the partition via console.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 15 release

How reproducible:
Logon to mount partition

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mount partition 
2. visually mesage: "authentication is required to mount device"
3. not valid password root
  
Actual results:
not mount partition's linux and windows

Expected results:
fixed valid password root for application "policykit"
