Description of problem:
Create new test run via xmlrpc, Then click testrun summary in webUI,It will link to add new cases

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.4 on stage

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create new testrun via xmlrpc,such as
handle.server.TestRun.create({'build':772,'manager':2668,'plan':2797,'product':243,'product_version': 885,'summary':'testrun-creat'})
2.Browser to home->Recent
3.Click the testruns summary created step1
  
Actual results:
Link to "Add test case" page. And can not enter to testrun detail.After I type "https://tcms.englab.nay.redhat.com/run/12650" will auto link to "https://tcms.englab.nay.redhat.com/run/12650/assigncase/"

Expected results:
Link to testruns detail

Desired behavior, need to link test cases before accessing details page.
Not a bug, I think.
