Description of problem:

Just went to install the topic tool and noticed the wget location was
out of date within the guide:

http://documentation-stage.bne.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Topic_Tool/0.1/html-single/Topic_Tool_User_Guide/index.html#chap-Topic_Tools_User_Guide-Installation

The new location (for F14 at least) should be:

https://svn.devel.redhat.com/repos/ecs/toolkit/yum/14/RPMS/topic-tool-0.0.5-1.fc14.noarch.rpm

Wasn't sure if Steve wanted to do a collected build, hence did not edit myself.

I'm not sure what a 'collected build' is, but this content shouldn't be in the guide any more anyway. The correct way to install the tool is using YUM.

I have raised an RT3 ticket to branch the guide in DistCVS so I can stage it with the required changes.
