--onapic & --noacpi option can't take effect on rhel5.7 kvm

Steps to Reproduce:
1.# virt-install -n test -r 1024 -f /var/lib/libvirt/images/test.img -s 5 -c /dev/cdrom --noacpi --noapic --accelerate
2.after guest install run
#virsh dumpxml test

  
Actual results:
.........
 <features>
    <acpi/>
    <apic/>
    <pae/>
  </features>
.........

Expected results:
 no acpi & apic elements
