I test on RHEL5u7-x86_64-Server with the following components: kernel-2.6.18-261.el5 radvd-0.9.1-4

This is evaluated as a minor issue that is already fixed in RHEL-6 that provides a lot of additional improvements. Therefore I'm going to close this bug filed against RHEL-5.
