Description of problem: libdb-devel is just too big (I have a SSD disk, and every byte count!)

$ du -sh /usr/share/doc/libdb-devel-5.1.25
52M	/usr/share/doc/libdb-devel-5.1.25

Can we split the documentation in a seperate package? (libdb-doc?)

All the documentation is now placed into the devel-doc subpackage.
