The nvidia driver is non-free software that is not in fedora and we don't have it's source code. Can't fix. You might want to try nouveau, the free, open source driver for nvidia cards which is default in fedora. -- Fedora Bugzappers volunteer triage team https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers
I filed bug here because it specific to xorg-x11-server 1.10.x, no such problem in 1.9.x so problem maybe not in nvidia driver. See bug 533620 it was closed as CANTFIX but then xorg-x11-server was fixed.
Workaround is running Konsole with 'konsole --notransparency' See also https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=116544
NVIDIA released 275.09.07 driver that fixes this bug. http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=2445094
