Patch to include pixbuf loaders

Since libgdk-pixbuf was moved to a separate package nsiswrapper --with-gtk hasn't included the pixbuf loaders because they're in their own subdirectory of the mingw32 lib directory.

I'll attach a trivial patch to fix this, though it hasn't been tested with the stock nsiswrapper because I use my own hacked version.
