Same issue in DVD install, DVD text mode install, and LiveCD install.

This looks like a drive that was previously used as a member of a firmware raid array has been moved to a new box but still has the raid metadata on it. You can either remove the metadata (dmraid -E /dev/sda) or pass 'nodmraid' as a boot argument.
