Description Pavel Šimerda (pavlix) 2011-05-20 18:36:28 UTC
I'm getting this message on the console:

acpiphp_glue: cannot get bridge info

I'm usually seeing it when I have some problems with battery/suspend, but that can be coincidence, because this is the only time I switch to virtual consoles. I can still see it with ctrl+alt+F1, when I work otherwise in gnome.

My hardware is a Toshiba u300-13u laptop.

Can you install the pmtools package, run acpidump as root and attach the output? I don't think it's related to your suspend/resume issues.

Unfortunately, I can't tell if I've seen this error message recently. I hope the acpi dump helps.

As for my suspend/resume problems, the cause is most probably in Bug 718365.

I'm still getting this error on Fedora 16. I'll try to look at the acpidump thing.

The last acpidump is from Fujitsu Siemens p1510 on Fedora 16 (if it matters).
