Description of problem:
In advanced search, can not search plan/case/run via fuzzy author. But simple search can do that.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.4-6 on stage

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "Advance search".
2.Input a fuzzy author name at input box like Author or Default Author or Manager etc.
3.Click "search Plan/Case/Run"button.
  
Actual results:
Can not search plan/case/run via fuzzy author in advanced search.

Expected results:
Can search plan/case/run via fuzzy author in advanced search.

fuzzy search will cost a lot. no plan to support it now.
