Description of problem: Currently when we need to ensure a build is sent to a specific machine with additional capabilities (for example more memory) we need to disable all the other host machines. It would be great to see the addition of a "--host=" type argument when submitting a build. Normal Koji users should not be making such determinations. Admins can assign/re-assign jobs as needed. If there is a persistent need for, say, sending certain builds to large-memory hosts, this can be automated using channels and a channel policy.
