Description of problem:
When I tried to file a bug report related to searlet
I noticed that the bug report text was translated into
Japanese (I run my fedora in ja_JP.UTF-8).
I think it would be better if possible not to translate
bug report text for bugzilla.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. non-english desktop
2. try to generate bugzilla report
  
Actual results:
text messages translated

Expected results:
not to be translated

Jens, Are you sure, the bugreport should not be translated.

What version of setroubleshoot are you using?
