How reproducible:
always on my setup


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a kvm host and guest registered with Satellite
2. install osad on host
3. issue stop of kvm guest on Satellite web
4. wait for action to complete
5. verify on host, that guest is stopped -- OK
6. verify that 'Event' has completed successfully -- OK
7. verify status on Satellite web -- FAIL (guest is 'Running')
8. Wait 15 minute
9. verify status on Satellite web -- FAIL (guest is 'Runnning')
10. rhn-profile-sync on the host
11. verify status on Satellite web -- PASS (guest is 'Stopped')
