Description Robert Rati 2011-05-27 15:11:50 UTC
Description of problem:
Example 6.1 & 6.4 - Can we clean up the host names? These have the domain of cs.wisc.edu.

Example 6.3 - Clean up the usernames to not be real usernames. :)

"A file called ad contains ClassAd information: " -> "Suppose a file named 'ad' contains the following ClassAd information:"

"The condor_advertise daemon is used to insert the generic ClassAd information into the file: " - Incorrect. Should be something like "The condor_advertise command will send a classad to the Collector. Advertise the classad in the file 'ad' to the collector as a Generic ad type:"

Example 6.6 - Another cs.wisc.edu reference....

"system call time" - Unbold "system call", leave time(2) in bold

Still missing changes from my comments:
Example 6.3 - Clean up the usernames to not be real usernames. :) Change tannenba and wright to something else.

"The condor_advertise will send a ClassAd in the file ad to the collector as a Generic ad type." - This isn't really correct. My original wording was clumsy, but my intent was to define that condor_advertise can send classads to the Collector. Then denote that the example is sending the data in the file 'ad' to the collector as a Generic Ad type. I don't know how to word it, but I feel we need to differentiate the two points as condor_advertise can send classad data to the collector as multiple ad types.

Apologies, I thought they were already changed... my bad.
