Description of problem:
gdm does not respect keyboard layout disallowing normal login

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gdm-3.0.0-3.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Upgrade from working Fedora 14 setup.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot
2. Try to login normally
  
Actual results:
Login failure

Expected results:
Login success

Additional info:
The layout is correctly setted in console and once logged.
It's just that gdm somehow ignore my keyboard layout.

The console keyboard setup is not perfect either as backspace
does not work. That's another bug I don't know where to fill.
