Description of problem:
The latest bugzilla update introduced a regression in the way bugzilla turns some text to links.  Example: bug #504207, comment #20.

Links as RHSA-2011:1234 are incorrectly turned to JBoss Jira links (not sure what are the regex used to identify Jira issue identifiers, but it might make sense to exclude RH[SEB]A from that).

Additionally, some valid http:// urls are garbaged when turned to hyperlinks in a similar way they were in bug #624375.
