I fixed this problem manuel method.

before, open nautilus and go your home directory. (/home/user/.config/autostart)

autostart must be folder. In the folder, right click and create new blank file. Change the name blank file of the "nautilus.desktop".

Open gnome-tweaak-tool and click "file manager". You will see "Have file manager handle the desktop" choose on.

Reboot your computer.
