Created attachment 501504 [details] screenshot Description of problem: In Fedora 15, the volume range of both the volume key popup and the panel's volume applet goes beyond 100%. To check if the volume is above 100% one has to open the sound settings dialog. Since audio gets distorted above 100% amplification, this should not be the default behavior. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-shell 3.0.2 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set maximum volume using volume keys or the panel applet 2.
