Description of problem:
I've run cinepaint and click in menu File -> Preferences (in Russian Файл -> Параметры). Application do crash with error: *** buffer overflow detected ***: cinepaint terminated (see attachment).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.25.0-0.1.fc15
0.25.0-0.2.fc15 (I've rebuild this version from koji in F15)

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run LANG=ru_RU cinepaint
2. click in menu File -> Preferences (Файл -> Параметры)
3. this all
  
Actual results:
Crash *** buffer overflow detected ***: cinepaint terminated

Expected results:
preferences dialog will opened

Additional info:
If I run LANG=C cinepaint all works fine.
ABRT not detect this bug.
