ruby-libs installs files to /usr/lib*/ruby/1.8/*-linux but nothing in its dep chain owns the dir, so ruby-libs should own it.  Note that it's just the *-linux dir, ownership for /usr/lib*/ruby/1.8 is ok.

mock-chroot> rpm -qf /usr/lib64/ruby/1.8
ruby-libs-1.8.7.334-1.fc15.x86_64

mock-chroot> rpm -qf /usr/lib64/ruby/1.8/x86_64-linux
file /usr/lib64/ruby/1.8/x86_64-linux is not owned by any package

mock-chroot> rpm -qf /usr/lib64/ruby/1.8/x86_64-linux/bigdecimal.so 
ruby-libs-1.8.7.334-1.fc15.x86_64
