Description of problem:
Machines created from template with RAW-Preallocated disk stuck in boot process.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
vdsm-4.9-70

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have machine with installed OS on RAW Preallocated disk
2. Create template from the machine
3. Create new cloned machine from template above with preallocated disk
  
Actual results:
Machine stucks in boot process

Expected results:
OS is booted and running
