Description of problem:
The current glibc is 2.13.90-11, the last available glibc-static is 2.13.90-9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
glibc-2.13.90-11.x86_64

In updates-testing, yes it is, and you can get glibc-static from there too  ... in Fedora 15 proper it's still 2.13.90-9.

Running:

yum list glibc glibc-static

...should have made this obvious (the installed from repo. being @updates-testing).
