The "Related" link for a topic takes you to a page with the filter pre-populated based on the original topic.

However when creating relationships for Overview topics you don't want a list of other Overviews, you want the basic topic type that the overview refers to.

Eg. 
For a Task Overview, you want a list of the Tasks.
For a Concept Overview, you want a list of the Concepts.

Fixed in 20110726-1151

There is a new search field called "Is Related To" on the search page. Fill this value with the id of the overview topic, and then use the standard checkboxes to limit the search to whatever topic type you need.
