Description of problem: On F15, if I try to set the desktop background image, gthumb claims that the operation succeeded. But no change occurs: the desktop stays the same. This used to work on the same hardware, just days ago, before I upgraded from f14 to f15. I am able to change the background image by going into the upper-right-corner menu, choosing "system settings", and selecting the Personal\Background icon. The resulting popup can change the background image. But gthumb can't, although it offers to do so. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gthumb-2.12.3-2.fc15.x86_64 This with the default x86_64 f15, ie I didn't choose a spin. I have dual monitors, each of which shows a background image.
