I was white. The Pychess engine played the Najdorf Sicilian. I gained the advantage on the board but lost on time. Play continued until I lost back my passed pawn. Pychess highlighted the two squares as if it were going to take the pawn, but the app froze at that point.

I was unable to reproduce the position or the crash.

I double-clicked on a .pgn file in Krusader to open a saved game in Pychess. I clicked a few of the icons around the
chessboard to try to figure out how to go back to an earlier position. Then I pressed "start game". A window came up with the
ending position, but with no capability of moving backwards. The window seemed completely non-responsive. I tried to close
it and the ABRT message came up. I was unable to reproduce it.

I accepted a challenge on FICS, having already opened the chessboard window. The chessboard appeared in a diagonal
orientation, such that the rooks were not shown. I tried to adjust the windows and the program crashed.

I have a new test update with a number of post 0.10 upstream fixes. Please try it out and let me know if it fixes this issue and/or causes other issues. Thanks.

I launched pychess, set level to easy mode, clicked on start and it crashed.

It didn't crash if I start it on level 7 or 8

Was playing PyChess online using my username and pw, connected to the FICS server. Was playing a 'Fischer Random' chess game against a human opponent. PyChess crashed when I was winning. :(.

Comment 15 Fedora End Of Life 2012-08-07 15:30:34 UTC
This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no
longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version'
of '15' have been closed as WONTFIX.

(Please note: Our normal process is to give advanced warning of this
occurring, but we forgot to do that. A thousand apologies.)

Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you
plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, feel free to reopen
this bug and simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version.

Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that
we were unable to fix it before Fedora 15 reached end of life. If you
would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it
against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged to click on
"Clone This Bug" (top right of this page) and open it against that
version of Fedora.

Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's
lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a
more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes
bugs or makes them obsolete.

The process we are following is described here:
