Not entirely idle. It was displaying an alertpanel Can't connect to IMAP4 server: imap.gmail.com:993 and then had the GTK main loop run into a invalid timeout callback address. Not sure yet which timeout as 0x00007f317a247a70 is not covered by the memory map.
