Description of problem: In a vertical panel, the boxes in the workspace switcher should rotate vertically, instead it stays horizontal it's squashed sideways. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.8.3-2.fc15.x86_64 How reproducible: Always

The pager should not rotate if the panel rotates because the display does not rotate either. Pager orientation and aspect ratio should match the display orientation, not the panel orientation.
