Description of problem:

Why are mpich2 binaries stored in /usr/lib/mpich2/bin instead of at /usr/bin or anywhere outside of /usr/lib/? Why under a directory meant for libraries? If conflict with other mpicc's is an issue, then /usr/mpich2/bin is a better one. There are not really any bin directories under /usr/lib/. Also, the man pages are not in standard locations.
