This is more of a request than a bug report.  Would you consider syncing to the latest version of the rawtherapee 3.0 branch?  It looks like the last update to the Fedora package was in March, and the developers have been pretty busy in the meantime.  Thank you very much for your work in packaging rawtherapee.

Yes, I was waiting for a stable release which I believed would arrive soon.
In the meantime,  I will indeed sync (as soon as possible)

You can also check the repo

Which is regularly sync. to the default branch.
